This machine mounts directly onto the end of the shaft via simple bolt-fastening, supporting shaft diameters from 50–200 mm and lengths up to 300 mm. Its quick, simplified setup ensures highly efficient and reliable centering; automatic rotational balancing further accelerates installation and significantly reduces costly downtime due to shaft journal wear. It is suitable for on-site turning repair of external diameters on shaft components made of steel, copper, and stainless steel. Primary applications include turning outer diameters, machining sealing grooves, chamfering, and automatic outer-diameter welding buildup.
